How did this happen?

So I went in to get Grace one morning and this is what I found.


To give you an idea of what happened, she usually has her body parallel to the long sides of her crib, and she was on her white blanket.  She got out of her blanket, moved herself up and turned.

Baby faux-hawk, it was cute but her hair is so thin it just fell out
 She is starting to discover her world, she is aware of herself and toys.
 Grace at 5 am....need I say more
 Super model
 Ready to brave the cold on her way to the sitter.
 Again...discovering her world, she mostly stares
 Trying to lift her head she get this pained look on her face.
