I love this time of year! The color of the leaves, the fresh smell in the air! I included a picture of our pumpkins!
So we went to the apple orchard and bought a bunch of honeycrisp apples (YUM!) and I made a bunch of applesauce from it (and I documented the event)
So on October 8th we celebrated Craigs 30th bday! We went to Joe's Crab Shack which was pretty good and then I threw a surprise party for Craig, he was completely shocked! Here are some pictures from the event, sorry about the camera shake, I'm still learning my new camera!

I bought a new camera this weekend! Hooray! It is a Canon Rebel DSLR and I love it! So I've been looking for any opportunity to use it. Craig is excited about my new camera too!
So there we were watching conference and we heard a strange noise but really thought nothing of it because we live in apartments where you always hear strange noises. 10 min later I got up and went over to the kitchen, earlier that day I had cleaned the fish tank and the fish with his tank were sitting by the kitchen sink. Well I looked in the sink and apparently the noise we had heard was the fish jumping out of his tank and landing in the bottom of our sink. I freaked out, Craig came and rescued him and we thought he was dead. Don't worry though he isn't. I decided I needed a picture of him just in case it is the last picture we ever get...sad thought.
Yesterday we went out apple picking and pumpkin picking. Since I got a new camera, I went a little nuts with the pics :) We went to a barn that had fabulous pumpkin ice cream, apple donuts and apple cider slushes...yum!
